Small sample input
Low input DNA for challenging samples types, such as formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue, retrospective samples from fine needle aspirates, and cell-free DNA extracted from blood (cfDNA) can be difficult to sequence on competitor next-generation sequencers.
